Just like anything else, it’s what you put into it. As a rep, you make 25% up to 36%; of course, this doesn’t take into account any extra incentives you may offer to your customers.
And I’m sure you’re aware, as people join your team, you make money off their sales. How much you make depends on where you are on the leadership ladder.
If you aren’t out there doing anything, you won’t make money, plain and simple. If you’re working it like there is tomorrow, you should be. Simple.
